Holy Spirit, Spirit of the Lord,
Come and guide me in this prayer,
Make it Holy to God Our Father and to Jesus Christ His Son,
Through the unity of the Holy Trinity.
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
Your Kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins,
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours.
Now and for ever.
Amen
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord: Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary; suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into hell; the third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen

The Five Joyful Mysteries
Hail, holy Queen, Mother of mercy, hail, our life, our sweetness and our hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve: to thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this vale of tears. Turn then, most gracious Advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us, and after this our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus, O merciful, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary! Amen.
With the spirit of humility I ask you Lord for;
Graces for all Christian communities all over the world,
In particular for those who have received the call for pristhood, those who are receiving formation to become priests and to all holy priests who serve your Holy name.
With the spirit of humility I ask you Lord for;
Graces for humanity, particularly;
For all those who suffer from persecution and affliction,
For all those who are victims of crime and war,
For all those who suffer from illness and are in need of medical and pastoral care,
For all those who have died and those who mourn their loved ones.
For all unborn and children suffering from famine disabilities and abuse.
For all those subject to atrocities against human dignity.
For all political and religious lideres.
For all homless people unemployed and hungry.
For all those who have choosen to be my enemies.
For all elderly people and those suffering from loneliness.
With the spirit of humility I ask you Lord,
to strengthen me with the gifts of faith, hope and charity.
With the spirit of humility I ask you Lord, to guide me in the paths of truth, peace, love, justice and sanctity.
With the spirit of humility I ask you Lord, help and healing and keep me faithful at your service and to the service of all people.
May my life be useful and pleasant to you, Lord, and to all those whom I meet today.
Amen.
